Friday's 5

:::1:::

I've lived in LA for almost 2 years but this week was the first time that I ever made a visit to the Pretty Woman hotel. I met a friend in their bar at 5pm and it was just a magical little spot. It was all decked out for Christmas and as I waited and sipped some champs I literally had the best people watching experience of my entire life. Put it on your list of bars to try if you visit LA.

:::2:::

And on my walk over to the hotel I spotted the Beverly Hills Santa. I'm still getting used to seventy degrees in December, but I guess it isn't all bad.

:::3:::

I'm leaving for Mexico in 2 weeks and I'm desperate for some good beach reads. It's been a while since I've read a fun, easy book. I've got Christmas Bliss on my list, but do you have any other goodies that you've read recently?

:::4:::
I participated in a blogger ornament swap that my girl Christin hosted, and I got paired up with the sweetest girl, Sarah. She sent me this adorable ornament and sweet note, and it will always remind me of this little blog and all of the sweet friends I've made from it.

:::5:::

Tonight we are heading to Mexican with some friends and then we are going to go see The Hunger Games. Saturday will be really low key, and then on Sunday I'm having some girls over for a Christmas party, which I'm really looking forward to. Champagne, gingerbread houses, and girlfriends make for a very good combination.

Do your thing.
