Next Week

.....I will be:

  • calmer and kinder (sorry Joel!)
  • less frazzled
  • a mindful eater
  • up to date on my emails
  • unpacked
  • better about blogging
  • a HALF MARATHON FINISHER
Yoga, Running, Pilates, Zumba... What about a walk? Just be active in whatever way you can :)

  3. Go Gurl! If you want an "easy" one to do, try the RockNRoll in Las Vegas. It's a flat course and you start at dusk going down the strip. I had a horrible run time because I stopped to take pics... But was so fun I'm doing it again next month! I can't imagine running all those hills in LA!!
