Whole-ish 30 Dinner's

This week was ok - although I felt a little bored by most of our meals - and found it harder than last week. 

What has me most annoyed, is how often I feel like I'm at the grocery store. Leo is now eating 3 solid meals a day, and a snack, and I just feel like I'm constantly shopping for, prepping, or cooking food! I have a feeling this is just the beginning but I'm becoming very close friends with the cashiers at Trader Joe's.

Tuesday - Crock Pot Pork Roast and side salad

Wednesday - Meatballs ( I omitted the cheese) with Spaghetti Squash

Thursday - Rosemary Steak (served with steamed spinach)

I don't use a recipe for my steak - I just salt and pepper both sides, cook on high heat for 3 mins each side. When you flip it to its second side, add dollops of butter and a Rosemary sprig. Let cool for 4-5 mins. We like our steak medium rare/medium. 

This upcoming week we had family in town but I'm going to try a few new recipes because like I said above, I'm just tired of the same ol', same ol'.

  1. Everything looks really good. I'm so into only grilling steaks but I really need to remember that's an easy stovetop dinner too. PS - last week when I had MA all week, I honestly felt like ALL I DID was feed her. Constant meal prep. Ahh.
