Wedding Wednesday: Checklist

I was planning on linking all of you readers to my second post for blog.theknot.com - but it hasn't gone live yet, so that plan will have to wait until later this week.

In lieu of that I've decided to show you my progress of planning so far. Style Me Swanky posted her check-list and I'm going to use the same for now. I'm sure as the date inches closer, certain things will be added and removed - but for now, it's a good base point.

  1. That list makes me exhausted. Weddings are hard work for sure! By the way. Are you still planning to be in Chicago for labor day weekend?

  3. If you need any tips or invitation ideas, stop by Elizabeth Grace when you're back in Chicago! I'm working as a bridal coordinator there :) Looks like you're having fun with all of the planning!

  4. Copy and paste. I think it's time to buy a binder. Although I did beg Mr. RH to buy me a tote bag I saw earlier this week, except I think it was a grocery bag but it was reallly cute.

  5. That list brings back memories! The wedding part was fun but the planning part tired me out. Looks like you are very on top of things though. Can't wait to follow along!

  6. Ever the optimist, as overwhelming as that list is, I saw the amazing amount of things you HAVE crossed off rather than the tasks you still need to tackle. I'm astounded at the amount you've been able to complete (not that I didn't think you could) in such a short time of being engaged.

  7. If you don't hire a videographer, I definitely would have someone in your family or someone you know tape the getting ready, the ceremony, grand entrance to the reception, the toasts and special dances at the reception. My husband and I watch it and it reminds you of the special day and things you don't remember because it all is a blur at the end of the day!
